Travel advice
Fitness First Stadium is approximately 100 miles from Brentford.
Getting there by road Directions from Internet Ground Guide Follow the A338 towards Bournemouth. The ground is situated on the left of the A338 in the outskirts of Bournemouth. If you keep looking up to the left as you go into Bournemouth you will eventually see the tops of the ground floodlights. At this point take the next exit off the A338 and turn left towards the ground.
Parking There is a large car park located at the ground. Alternatively, there is a council run car park, on the opposite side of the dual carriageway, which is handy for getting away quickly after the game
Getting there by train Services to Bournemouth are served by South West Trains from London Waterloo. Because of scheduled engineering work over the Easter Weekend, you are advised to check with National Rail Enquiries (number below) or South West Trains on how these might affect your journey.
Take a left out of Bournemouth Station and follow up to the main road. Take a left and go past a petrol station and Staples. Go straight over the roundabout and keep going along Holdenhurst Road for about a mile. You’ll eventually reach a set of traffic lights next to the Queens Park Pub. Again go straight over, but turn right at the next roundabout and into Kings Park. Please contact National Rail Enquiries for full details on train services and latest price packages: 0845 7 48 49 50 or www.nationalrail.co.uk.
Getting there by coach Coaches depart from the Layton Road Car Park, and reservations can be made on match days in the “downstairs” reception within the Braemar Road forecourt or by calling 020 8941 0425.

"An excellent new ground that has been built on the site of the old ground. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the way that the club has become a community owned trust and football club. Similar things are happening at Brentford and most likely other clubs too. The ground looks great. Firstly I must say how nice it is to have a person at reception show me around the ground and allow me to take some photos. Thanks for that. At the moment the ground has only three sides but has a good feel to it. It is fairly typical of the grounds that are being built in Div 2 and 3 at present. In fact it resembles markedly Northampton's ground. Good car parking at the ground is a real bonus. All- seater on these three sides with excellent pitch views." - Chris Bushe, www.footballgroundz.co.uk
What do other Bees fans think? " If you turn right out the station and walk for about twenty minutes (ie. Get a cab!) you are entering the town centre with the usual bars dotted about. Expect the Wetherspoons at the start of the High Street to be full of bees. If you want to savour the big match atmosphere nearer the ground then again a cab is advisable, but this time turn left out of the station (right near the red light district I think so watch yourself!) and head to the Queens Park pub, always packed with home and away fans and friendly enough. There is a decent boozer about 2 mins from station on the left, a bit rough looking but has got a pool table." - David Michael
"The rebuilt Dean Court is a compact modern ground, the unfinished fourth
side now completed by an open temporary stand, which will be available
to Bees fans, as will the usual section of covered seating.
Near the ground (across an area of park in front of the main stand) the
Queen's Park and Portman pubs are worth a visit, although away fans may
not be able to get into the Portman after the game." - Matt Dolman
