BIAS welcome the news that Brentford FC are to bring the catering operations back in house, selling food & drink from the kiosks and from the Hive.

In the announcement on the Brentford FC’s official site, Mark Devlin stated “We have listened to the fans’ concerns about the catering at Griffin Park and have heard their comments about the service, provision and products available”. He also stated that the Football Club want to have more control over the products they sell, the pricing and the customer service, and that with all the profits now going to the club it is an important revenue stream.

BIAS has been very vocal about the catering at Griffin Park, and when we raised supporters’ concerns with Mark Devlin we were given assurances that the catering operation was going to be reviewed and were advised that all options would be considered.

BIAS would like the Football Club to sell basic items such as confectionery and bottled water at the manufacturers recommended price.
