The Football Supporters Federation (FSF) has released league tables of Football Clubs based on their Customer charters. Unfortunately the tables only covered premiership and championships but in our ‘BIASed’ opinion the Bees would more than hold their own as we reckon Brentford FC would have scored 30 out of 35 points.
Brentford FC would have lost five points as our current charter does not cover the subject of banning orders, however the BIAS committee who are really grateful to have input into Brentford Fc’s charter are currently drafting some text for that we will ask the Football club to consider/ include.
Liverpool and Crystal Palace headed their league tables where every clubs charter was rated 0-5 across a range of categories encompassing accessibility, timeliness, quality, clarity of complaints procedure, appeals process, and contacts for the relevant league and Independent Football Ombudsman.
