HerGameToo
HerGameToo promotes diversity and inclusion in all areas across the Brentford fan base. Founded in May 2021, HerGameToo is a voluntary organisation run by female football fans with the aim of fostering an ethos in football in which women are welcomed and respected equally.
As part of our commitment to the eradication of discrimination in football and the promotion of equality, inclusion and diversity, we look forward to working with together to ensure that football belongs to everyone. We as fans stand together as one so that everyone can feel welcome and enjoy the beautiful game.

Sustaina-Bees
Sustaina-bees are an independent group for Brentford fans with knowledge and concern about the environmental crisis. In June 2024, BIAS partnered the Sustaina-Bees to work with the club to deliver the Club’s environmental sustainability strategy.
Working alongside Bees United, BIAS has joined forces with the Sustaina-bees on a working group established by the club under the remit of the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) to promote environmental sustainability, via the club’s Sustainability Strategy. This strategy sets out how we will protect and enhance the environment at the club across environmental sustainability topics including carbon emissions, waste and nature.
