2026/ 27 Season is a busy year for BIAS
Our mission is to improve the experience and pleasure of the match day event for all Brentford fans, at both home and away games.
We will do this by gaining insights from our committee, feedback from our members and the wider fan base, and work constructively with Brentford Football Club (BFC) to address any issues identified.
We will also work with the relevant football bodies e.g. the Football Supporters Association (FSA), the Metropolitan Police Independent Advisory Group (IAG) and the Premier League to address the wider issues that impact the enjoyment of the match day experience for all football supporters.
Our key areas of focus will be:
Fan Engagement
- Strengthening the reputation of BIAS to ensure we continually meet the needs of our membership. This will be achieved by:
- seeking the views of our members on key issues and taking these forwards with the Club
- ensuring effective communication with our membership through website, email, newsletters and social media
- maintaining and enhancing the BIAS website
- increasing our membership to at least 4000 (+ 310 new members) by the end of season 2026/2027 through a variety of initiatives
- representing any member who has any issues with the Club
- ensuring feedback received from members is progressed with the Club and feedback provided promptly
- Representing our members views to the Club in a constructive and collaborative manner. This will be achieved by:
- co-chairing the Club’s Fan Advisory Board (FAB) with Bees United, ensuring issues and concerns that matter most to our members are raised with senior officials within BFC
- attending and fully participating in various working Groups established by the Club
- ensuring any new processes or policies introduced are fair and well communicated to supporters and where appropriate are included in the Supporter Charter
- working with the Club to review the Supporter Charter annually to ensure this is factually correct, clear for all supporters to understand
- We will always maintain our independence from the Club and represent the ‘voice’ of Brentford Football Supporters when in discussions with the Club
Ticketing
- We will continue to campaign for affordable ticket prices for all supporters (including families, and young supporters) that provides ‘value for money’ for everyone
- We will work with the Club to ensure the renewal processes for season tickets, premium season tickets and memberships are implemented and communicated effectively
- We will work with the Club to ensure that the ‘My Membership’ offering is ‘fit for purpose’ and provides ‘value for money’
- We will continue to work with the Club to ensure Brentford tickets in home areas are distributed to home fans only
- We will continue to ensure that the ‘Every Seat Counts’ (ESC) policy is adhered to by the Club and to ensure supporters are not unfairly penalised for missing matches and are communicated to in an effective manner
- We will ensure that the Club’s Ticket Exchange process remains ‘fit for purpose’ and allows supporters to list their tickets when required
- We will work with the Club to ensure that any changes to their ticketing systems (including Ticketmaster / turnstile access and the BFC App) meet supporter needs and are fully tested ahead of implementation
Match Day Experience
- We will focus on the following key areas that will improve the match day experience for all supporters through working with the Club to explore opportunities to:
- improve the match day atmosphere at the G-tech stadium
- ensure the food and beverage offering at the G-tech stadium provides sufficient range, quality and value for money. We will also work with the Club to minimise queue lengths, especially at the half-time interval.
- to resolve any issues with the Club shop and on-line merchandising offering (including match day programmes)
- improve queuing and access to Kew Bridge station post home games
- We will work with the Club to develop a pathway for younger supporters to move into singing sections of the Gtech stadium
- We will support the Club to maximise away attendance and to improve the match day experience for supporters travelling to away games (including the process for purchasing and allocation of match tickets and transport options for unsocial kick off times)
- We will support the Club in adhering to Martyn’s Law (Protection of Premises Act)
- We will work with the Club to ensure Away Fans visiting the G-Tech stadium are treated fairly and with respect
- We will champion equality and diversity among football fans.

- We will support the Club in adopting a zero tolerance to anti-social behaviour by Brentford supporters at both home and away matches through proactive engagement with the Club on Fan Behaviour policies/processes and the Supporter Charter
- We will actively support campaigns to raise awareness about mental health and suicide and challenge the stigma which still exists in society.
Corporate Responsibility
- We will continue to oppose the Club’s involvement in consumer (high street / online) gambling and cryptocurrency
- We will work with the Club, Sustaina-Bees and Bees United to deliver their environmental sustainability strategy through various initiatives agreed by the BFC Sustainability Working Group e.g. Bike to Brentford, maintenance of the BFC Community Garden
Club Heritage
- We will ensure that our Club’s heritage is respected and applied in the correct manner. This ranges from Club first team kit colours to our culture
- We will also work with EcoWorld, the Club and other supporter groups to ensure that the redevelopment of Griffin Park includes suitable recognition to Brentford Football Club’s home from 1904 to 2020
- Highlighting the role of BIAS in the history of fan relations with the club as part of our 30-year celebrations
Engagement with wider supporter groups
- We will maintain proactive engagement with the Football Supporters Association (FSA) to campaign for better scheduling of TV fixtures and thereby reduce the disruption, cost and inconvenience that kick-off changes cause for fans.
- We will support the FSA ‘Protect the Fans, Protect the Game’ initiative as part of the #Stop Exploiting Loyalty national campaign
- We will attend and constructively contribute to the Metropolitan Police Independent Advisory Group (IAG) meetings representing Brentford Supporters alongside other London supporter groups
