Our Campaigns


At BIAS, we’re constantly hard at work on various campaigns. All of which are campaigns that matter to supporters of Brentford Football Club and the collective family of hard-working, devoted football fans nationwide.

We also work closely with organisations such as the Football Supporters Association (FSA), to make sure we select the right campaigns to get involved in. Thanks to this relationship with the FSA, we regularly meet with representatives from the Premier League to give Brentford fans a voice on the big stage and to make the things that matter to you a priority at the highest level of our beloved game.
BIAS is also co-chair (with Bees United) of the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) so we have direct access to senior officials with the Club to raise concerns and issues affecting supporters.


We’re clear about our objectives as a group and will continue working hard on campaigns that can have a meaningful impact on supporters’ lives – to make our lives better as fans of Brentford FC and fans of football.

Here’s what we’re currently involved in on your behalf


Ticketing
Our goal is to ensure that ticket prices remain affordable, enabling more fans to attend matches. We firmly believe football is for everyone, raising prices makes it harder for regular fans, especially younger generations and working-class communities to attend matches.
In November 2025 BIAS joined the Football Supporters Association (FSA) in signing an open letter to the Premier League calling on all Premier League Clubs to agree to a 2-year halt on home season ticket increases for the 26/27 and 27/28 seasons. Whilst this did not materialise at Brentford, we have ensured that our season tickets and match day pricing remain among the most competitively priced in the Premier League.
We also work constructively with the Club to ensure that any changes to the ticketing processes and systems are introduced effectively and benefit supporters. This includes, the introduction of Every Seat Counts (ESC), the Ticketing Exchange and Digital Ticketing.
We also work with the Club to ensure Brentford tickets in home areas are distributed to home fans only
Nationally, we’ve collaborated with other fan organisations to campaign for a £30 price cap on all away tickets.


Away Travel
Away fans face various challenges beyond ticketing when attending games. Travel costs and logistical complexities often present hurdles.
Fans are now expected to be available for multiple possible TV slots, across multiple days without any recognition of the extra cost or disruption that this causes to supporters (both home and away). This is extremely challenging for all supporters but the impact this has on those with accessibility needs is even greater again, given the need to plan for transport and assistance. Match days have never been harder to plan for or more expensive to attend
We regularly meet with the Club on how best they can maximise away attendance and improve the match day experience for those supporters who travel to away games.


Fixture Scheduling
Broadcasters and the Premier League often announce their TV picks late. Many fans are unable to attend matches that have been rescheduled at short notice, and some lose out financially.
Long-distance away fixtures are sometimes scheduled for evening kick-offs, making it difficult for fans to travel home after the game.
We campaign for match-going fans to be given greater consideration when scheduling decisions are made, working with broadcasters, the football authorities, clubs and the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA).


Safety and Security
We work with the Club to help ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors to both the Gtech Community Stadium and other places where Brentford teams play, and to improve the experience of everyone who comes to see Brentford play – at every level. We do this by ensuring the Club has adequate policies and procedures in place to protect ALL supporters attending both home and away fixtures to maximize their match day experience and ensure they feel safe when following Brentford wherever they may play.

Our work in this area has two main aims – to ensure fair treatment for fans and to ensure that the fan perspective is considered at all times. We believe good communication is key to successful work on this issue.

  • We raise concerns with the Club and with the police where appropriate represent fans on the Metropolitan Police Independent Advisory Group (IAG) where we are joined by other London supporter groups.
  • We also represent our members should they have been found to have breached the Club’s Acceptable Behaviour Policy.

  • Fan Atmosphere
  • BIAS is working with other supporter groups and the Club to look at ways to enhance the atmosphere at both home and away games.
  • In particular we are looking to create with the Club a long-term plan to facilitate a self-sustaining, natural atmosphereand a pathway for young fans to play a part in creating the match day atmosphere.
  • Whilst there will be opportunities to create some quick wins to improve the match day atmosphere, our main objective is to review with the Club the geography of supporters both within the West Stand and the whole stadium.


Inclusion and Diversity
BIAS condemns discriminatory and abusive conduct in allforms. We strongly believe this has no place in football, nor within other interactions and communications, whether inperson, online (via social media) or otherwise.
We work with the Club, the Metropolitan Police, and other Brentford supporter groups e.g. (Her Game Too( HGT), LGBEETQ’s and the Brentford Disabled Supporters Association (DSO))  to champion equality and diversity amongst football fans and work to ensure all fans feel safe and welcome both home and away.


Football Supporters’ Association
We work closely with the Football Supporters’ Association around issues that go beyond just the Brentford community and which affect supporters nationally.
BIAS directly supports several of their specialist working groups and actively contributes to others.
