BIAS Annual Survey 2026 – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is the Brentford Independent Supporters’ Association (BIAS), contactable at Brentford Independent Association of Supporters, C/O Brentford Football Club, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG, or admin@BIAS.org.uk

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Members of the BIAS Executive Committee and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  • Anyone joining BIAS must be a supporter of Brentford FC

3. How to Enter

  • Anyone who is a BIAS member and completes and submits their responses to the 2026 end of season survey by the closing date of Wednesday 24th June 2026 will receive one entry into the prize draw
  • Membership to BIAS is free, and no purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

4. The Prize

  • The prize consists of one Brentford FC First Team Shirt, signed by members of the squad.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated process, week commencing June 29th 2026.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of joining, within 7 days of the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond to BIAS within 14 days of being notified, BIAS reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Data Protection

  • Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR) and will be used for the administration of the BIAS membership and this prize draw. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • BIAS is not responsible for any entries not received due to technical errors, network failure, or any other reason beyond its control.
  • The decision of the BIAS Executive Committee is final.
