The focus of BIAS is to improve the experience and pleasure of the match day event for all Brentford fans, home or away. We were therefore delighted to see that the Club has achieved first place in the Premier League’s Matchday Fan Experience and Engagement Survey.
This is a tremendous result and the culmination of a lot of hard work by the Club and supporter groups to ensure your match day experience is the best it can be. At BIAS we are fully engaged in the Fan Advisory Board and the various working groups established by the Club and we look forward to continuing our engagement with the Club, working with them on issues that are important to you.
