BIAS joins the Club’s Fans’ Advisory Board

The club has today announced its participation in the Fan engagement standard (FES) alongside the creation of a Fans’ Advisory Board (FAB), as mandated by the Premier League.

The introduction of a FES is meant to reinforce the Premier League and clubs’ commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.

All this season, BIAS has been working closely with Bees United and the club to create the conditions for the FAB launch. There are still the board’s terms of reference to complete, but we have committed to join and the first meeting is scheduled for next month.

Adam Hobbs, BIAS Chair, said: “Strong supporter relations are the foundation of a well run club. Listening to fans on key issues is paramount.

“We look forward to participating in the FAB with Bees United but for it to work successfully, fan engagement must be meaningful and not a tick box exercise.”
