A busy week ahead for BIAS

The season may be coming to an end but that doesn’t mean that BIAS’ work on behalf of our fans slows down.

This evening (Tuesday), our Match Day Experience team are meeting with the Club to discuss any proposed changes and refinements that are to be made to the Supporter Charter for next season. We will also be discussing a other club and Premier League match day policies, including one on Fan Behaviour.

Whilst on Thursday our Ticketing Operations working group will be meeting with the BFC Box Office team for an update on the progress of the new ticketing website. In parallel, as part of our ongoing commitment Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, we will also be attending the Disabled Supporters Association meeting as we continue to help them establish themselves as a new representative group.

This is just a small example of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes of the BIAS Executive Committee. We need fewer than 70 more members to reach our season target of 3,000. Remember the more members we have, the greater chance we have of making your voices heard.

We a have a marvellous owner. And in Thomas we trust. Going to Spurs on Saturday. Made me realise how special we all are.
Please relate this to the powers at be.
