We wanted to let you know the headline responses as soon as possible before we spend time on a deeper analysis of your views and comments.
87% of you think BIAS does a good or excellent job at representing the views of Brentford FC fans. Thank you for that support, we will continue to work to make sure that we represent the views of our members and all Brentford fans to the club.
62% of you said you had been affected by kick-off times and transport issues which made it difficult for you to travel to away games. 25% also said it had affected their ability to get to home games. This is an area we and the Football Supporters’ Association are concerned about. The FSA are meeting with the Premier League and Sky TV to voice the concerns of all fans. The most important area you want us to concentrate on is to ensure ticket prices remain affordable. Following that the next three most important things are away fans in home areas, match day atmosphere and food and drink offering. We will look at all of these in more detail and talk to the club about improving these areas.
Our next step is to delve deeper into the feedback received through our survey, particularly understanding the many free text comments contained in the responses received. These are invaluable and will help inform our discussions with the club. We will provide further updates on the survey responses as next season progresses
