Brentford FC has received the highest matchday fan experience score in the Premier League for the second season running.
We, at BIAS, commend the club for its excellent top-of-the-league ranking in the annual Premier League survey. Brentford topped the rankings for the quality of staff on matchdays, how clean the Gtech Community Stadium is, and how family-friendly the matchday experience is. Additionally the vast majority of Brentford respondents highly rated the clubs work in the community.
But equally important for us at BIAS, is that you the fans felt that the fans are at the heart of major decisions that the club make, with over 90% feeling valued as a Bees supporter. This is central to what we are trying to achieve on your behalf, working closely with the club to ensure your voice is listened to.

During this year BIAS has sat on various club working-groups to consider issues as varied as Ticketing System & Ticket Renewals, Food & Drink, Premier League Fan Engagement, Her Game Too, Equality & Diversity and Sustainability. Most of this work goes under the radar, but it is gratifying to know that fans are feeling the difference.
