BIAS committee members (Dave Minckley & Taylor Dawson) were joined by representatives from other supporter groups from across the Premier League to discuss a wide range of issues affecting football supporters. These discussions included:
- The Government’s white paper to protect the long-term future of English football. These proposals cover key issues around ownership, breakaway competitions, grassroots funding and supporter engagement.
- Premier League Fan Engagement Standards including the establishment of Fan Advisory Boards
- Broadcasting and fixture scheduling
- Fan Behaviour at Football matches
- VAR and refereeing issues
BIAS remains a fully participating affiliate member of the FSA and we will continue to work on behalf of Brentford Supporters to improve the experience and pleasure of the match day event for all supporters, home or away as well as working to safeguard the integrity of the football pyramid.
As always, the strength of BIAS influence is based on the number and activity of our members.
