AGM date set and we’re looking for committee members to join us
The BIAS 2023 AGM will take place on Wednesday 15th November at 6:30pm.
Invitations will be sent to all full BIAS members closer to this date including details of the agenda, and how to register to attend this meeting.

BIAS is proud to remain a fully democratic, inclusive, and independent supporters’ group that aims to give a voice to all Brentford supporters. We are run by fans, for the fans of Brentford Football Club.
During the last 12 months we have continued to grow in relevance and stature. Our membership has now topped over 3000, During this time we have successfully worked with the Club to ensure Season Ticket, Membership and match day ticket prices are frozen for another year.
The Club also recently invited BIAS to co-chair a new Fan Advisory Board (FAB) with Bees United. The FAB is part of the Premier League’s Response to the Government White Paper on Football governance and forms part of their new Fan Engagement Standard.
Whilst the FAB itself will focus on the more strategic and long-term elements of the club’s off-field operations, we are also fully involved in various working groups run by the Club with particular focus on: Ticketing, Fan Behaviour, Food & Beverage. Further working groups focussing on Sustainability and Away Day experiences will be established shortly. This is now an exciting time to join the BIAS Executive Committee where you can make a difference.
We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about the match day experience for all Brentford fans to come and join the BIAS Executive Committee. Due to some committee members standing down this year, an interest / skill in website management, communication and social media would be of great benefit. Ideal volunteers should have strong interpersonal qualities and the ability to engage and collaborate with others.

You can apply to join the Executive Committee by completing our application form, and forward to feedback@bias.org.uk by Monday 4 September.
All volunteers wishing to join the Executive Committee should have their application seconded by another BIAS member. If you cannot find someone to second your application, please let us know at the above email address. Once we have your application form, we will be in touch with details of the election process.
As we are a fully democratic organisation all members of the Executive Committee are required to be voted onto the board by the BIAS membership, which will be confirmed at our next AGM on 15 November.
We are excited to welcome new members to the Executive Committee who can continue to bring good ideas on how best we can represent Brentford supporters going forward.
